Incorrect item shipped by us: If the customer received the wrong item, either in terms of size, color, style, or even product altogether.
Defective item: If you received an item that is damaged, broken, or otherwise defective.
Item not as described: If the item received is not as described on our website or in our marketing materials. To avoid any mishaps, we kindly inquiry the customer to review the description of the item before placing the order.
In the event you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or simply don’t want it anymore, please be aware that we are happy to accept returns and provide a partial refund of the total.
Reasons for customer returns that are not accepted:
We understand that mistakes happen, and we are always happy to work with our customers to resolve any issues. However, we cannot accept returns for items that are due to customer error.
Request a return after a 30-day warranty
Customer changed their mind: We do not accept returns for items that the customer simply changed their mind about.
Customer ordered the wrong size or color: We kindly advise the customer to review the size chart carefully to avoid the items not fit. If the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we will not accept the return.
Customer damaged the item: If the customer damaged the item, we will not accept the return.
Delivery time: we do not stand for returns if the items have been delivered within the specified time frame.
We are unable to accept returns for gift cards, as they are non-returnable items
All sale or discounted items are final sales and not eligible for returns.

As such, we have implemented a “NO NEED TO RETURN” policy for select situations, which eliminates the need for you to physically send the item back to us.
Instead, we kindly request that you provide us with detailed information and photos of the item(s) in question, so that we may promptly and effectively address your concerns. This approach saves you both time and money and allows us to provide you with the best possible service.

REFUNDS or EXCHANGE
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
