You will be liable for all import taxes and charges that are decided by the destination country’s customs authorities if you choose DHL Express for shipping to the EU, the UK, or Canada. Please visit the website of the customs authorities in your country of destination to get an estimate of the taxes and fees you might be required to pay. We advise you to think about going back to ordinary shipping, which is still a dependable and effective option even though it is less expensive than DHL Express. Please be aware, nevertheless, that normal shipment can take longer than the 5-7 business days offered by DHL Express.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping with free economy shipping for international orders. Additional taxes and duties may apply in some cases. -
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses but can deliver to PO Boxes. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box deliveries. -
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days, contact Customer Service for a refund or replacement. -
CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Place separate orders for different addresses. -
